In need of good healthy recipes.
My wife and I were so used to eating when ever and what ever, but with shelter in place and the kids home from college we are eating a lot more full course family meals. Coming up with a different meal plan 7 days a week is becoming more and more challenging. Let's just say the novelty of Taco Tuesday isn't such a novelty anymore.
We are trying to be healthy. Anyone have any good healthy recipes or resources for the whole family?
I love a great cookbook, but sometimes when you're in a hurry and don't feel like whipping out a large hardcover book in the kitchen where it can get dirty, Tasty videos are a great option. I just prop up my iPad or phone and start going through their videos. I love their bitesize length. No need for narration. Just fast, easy & to the point!

One of the best we've encountered is Deborah Madison's Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone. As the title says, this is not a cookbook only for vegetarians and vegans.
We're neither. But every recipe we've tried is delicious. And there's plenty of info about the principles behind making things taste great as well, so you can fake it with the best of them. We refer to it multiple times a week.
